Delivery times
Cards and Originals are usually shipped within 48 hours, however please allow
7-10 working days.
Giclee prints: Are made to order therefore take up to 14 days UK or up to 30 days international

Everything is shipped via Royal Mail and you can choose from 1st or 2nd class postage at checkout

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on shipping weight and destination.

If you are local to Plymouth I can hand deliver for free

Postage is combined so you can bundle up on products for no extra cost.

The buyer is responsible for any additional import taxes and fees on arrival as these vary widely
Can I return things?
I gladly accept returns exchanges and cancellations.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch back within 30 days of delivery

packaging
Prints and cards are sent in sturdy, card backed envelopes.
Originals are in sturdy boxes and are sent by tracked delivery

I put lots of effort into sourcing my packaging from British, eco friendly suppliers where possible
​
The printer who supplies my Giclee prints is a carbon neutral company and they use sugar cane wrap instead of plastic
