Why I no longer offer 'free' postage

Hi all,

So this might be a bit of a controversial subject but this week I decided to finally give up on my 'free shipping' policy.

The reason being is that shipping is...well it's not free! Prices have been going up steadily over the years and I try to absorb as much of that as possible, but there is a limit to how long anyone can do that for without it becoming financially impossible.

I have also noticed that more and more people are buying multiple items in one order. That means that when I offer 'free' shipping and absorb it into the product cost, then you are essentially paying for it on every item. By changing this to a pay for postage model, you are only paying for shipping once. And that seems more fair and transparent to me...I hope you agree!

The good news about this is you now get a choice to select second or first class, and if you live in Plymouth you can choose to select hand delivery and I will pop it through your letter box for you at no charge.

Don't forget that every order over £3 also plants a tree in the Amazon rainforest, and all my packaging is as minimal and eco friendly as it can be. I am working on some fantastic bundle deals too to save you cash and ensure your walls are colourful and bright!
