    Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Digital downloads

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Delivery

    All orders will be shipped within 14 days in the UK and International orders can take up to 30 days. For shipping costs head to shopping cart for a calculation based on item and location. I do combine shipping for multiple items. Delivery is free of charge to Plymouth residents (UK). 

    Please note all orders are packed by me apart from Giclee prints which can either be packed by me or shipped direct from the printer depending on availability. All packaging is plastic free.
